A Wetherell Johnson
Audrey Wetherell Johnson (1907–1984) was a British evangelist to China. In the summer of 1952, five women asked her to teach them the book of Colossians. From that earliest group, the model for Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) was born. BSF was founded in 1959 and has since expanded to nearly every country worldwide.
